What is TRION Desktop?

TRION Desktop is a desktop application designed to safely and locally perform protein-chemical docking simulations for drug discovery.

It replaces the complexity of traditional CLI-based docking runs with a GUI-based workflow, providing a 3D viewer for visual analysis and automated docking reports.
