1. Download and install Docker Desktop

1. Access the Docker Desktop installation page.
2. Click the button for your OS to download the Docker Desktop installation file.

• The Trion GUI runsa high-performance engine**(GNINA**) for docking operations as a Docker container.
• This allows you to perform accurate simulations under the same conditions without the need for user configuration. </aside>

2. Run Docker Desktop

• Before running the Trion GUI, you must run Docker Desktop first.

3. Run Trion GUI

1. Install the OS-specific files from the link provided.
   1. MacOS Intel: trion-gui-darwin-x64.zip
   2. MacOS Silicon: trion-gui-darwin-arm64.zip
   3. Windows: trion-gui-windows-x64.zip
2. Unzip the archive.
3. Run the Trion GUI file.

4. Log in to your test account

1. Enter the account you received from your administrator and go to the initial password setting screen.
2. Log in with the password you set.
